These terms govern your use of the Gymcade mobile application and this website. By downloading, accessing, or using Gymcade, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Gymcade provides workout logging, progression features (such as XP and levels), and related content. Features may change over time. Some capabilities may require a compatible device, iOS version, or internet access for updates or optional sync.
Exercise video previews (YouTube)
The app may display YouTube Shorts in a restricted in-app view for exercise reference. It is not a full web browser and is not intended for general browsing or navigating the open internet. Video is provided by YouTube (Google). Your use of those previews may be subject to YouTube's and Google's applicable terms and policies in addition to these terms.
Not medical advice
Gymcade is a fitness tool, not a doctor or coach. It does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have health conditions. You are responsible for how you train.
Your account and conduct
You agree to provide accurate information where required, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the app (for example, no attempts to break security, overload systems, or use the app unlawfully).
Intellectual property
Gymcade, its branding, artwork, and software are owned by their respective licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app as allowed by the App Store terms and these terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gymcade and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, zero).
App Store
If you obtained the app through Apple's App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for Gymcade. You acknowledge that these terms are between you and Gymcade, not Apple, and that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms solely as needed to enforce Apple's rights.
Termination
We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Gymcade at any time by uninstalling the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated in-app or via the store listing where appropriate.
Governing law
Unless required otherwise by mandatory local law, disputes will be resolved in the courts appropriate for the entity operating Gymcade, and the laws of that jurisdiction apply, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
